Review: John Minnoch, D.D.S. - beware !!!

John Minnoch, D.D.S. was our dentist. He is OK doctor, but his stuff are very bad trained, very rude and even will lie to you.

I remembered name [redacted] (receptionist) as a bad example. They didn't return my calls as they promised to make an appointment a few times. When I asked [redacted] (receptionist) why she didn't return my calls - she changed subject quickly. I repeated my question. [redacted] got offended and offered me to find other dentist! Yes, just like that!

Also they [redacted] refuse to accept my kids for a visit without reasonable explanation [redacted] quickly invented the lie that [redacted] doing mostly implants now), despite the fact that they where current patients of [redacted]. It was her answer. It was clear to me that it's a lie because they advertise as a family dentistry.

All those facts and unprofessional behavior are very unacceptable and unpleasant to me and this is why I decided to write this and let other people know.

It seems like they don't care about their clients and don't want to keep them.Desired Settlement: Don't lie to clients and treat them with respect.

Bellevue Dental Care strives to create healthy, happy smiles for all patients. Our dentists work within the regulations of the state dental board to practice. When a patient wants treatment without having X-rays or a consult, we simply cannot comply. Our doctors must be able to review the latest patient records and diagnostics before administering any treatment. We are sorry if this is upsetting to a patient, however, we have to follow guidelines allowed for us to practice dentistry.

whoever wrote the respond - they are trying to turn around the situation. If your office strives to create , happy smiles for all patients as you claim, you should treat all patients with respect. Otherwise it's just an empty words and you are trying to cover up the truth behind those words. It's not about X-rays or a consult, don't turn the subject around - it's about been respectful and don't lie to the clients.

Another fact - your dentist was able to review the latest records and diagnostics before administering any treatment. He has all the records on file in his office.
