I hired this firm to save my home by getting a loan modification. I was first told that the modification was turned down because a lien on my property. After sending documentation that proved that was untrue, I was then told that my loan company, [redacted], said that I was sent an approval letter in 2014 and 2015. Another false allegation. Now I am being told to resubmit for another modification. My biggest issue with this company is trying to contact them! I can never seem to get them on the phone when I call. I was also told by Ms. B[redacted] at this law firm that most communication is done via email, something that I wasn't told at the start. If and when I speak to them, it is very condescending and extremely disrespectful! I hired this company to perform a service which I haven't received! Finally, this morning, I tried calling several times from my phone to no avail. Then, I called from my wife's phone which they didn't answer, but called back shortly on. I didn't even leave a message so they had no way of knowing it was me other than the area code. I will never do business or recommend this company again.

Law firm offered loss mitigation services and totally failed. I lost a home as the result of using them. Having totally failed in their task they then withdrew money without authorization from me. I believe they cut and pasted my signature onto the authorization form.
