Terrible management company! We live at *** which is extremely poorly maintained It is dated and dirty and they wait until something becomes a health & safety hazard before replacing anything Old knob & tube wiring, so fuses are constantly blowing No security whatsoever Washing machines broken and never being fixed Gloomy, dirty parking garage Lazy handiman who gives excuses rather than fixing anything "that is so old, I can't get parts for it" Doesn't even consider replacing anything; always fixing, fixing until it can be fixed no more They are also extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do, they are quite rude and *** you off to the caretaker whose hands are tied by the management company And they have the cheek to apply for a rent increase! Not sure if all of their properties are run like this, but stay away from this particular block - we are sorry we ever moved in here and will be getting out as soon as the getting is good
