We had an excellent experience with John Baethke & Son Plumbing Our old Chicago house has plumbing challenges which require a careful, knowledgeable approach Josh, our plumber, was very professional, organized, and diligent in tackling a bathtub faucet which has leaked for many years and a clogged drain in the tub which has long been problematic He successfully rectified both issues for us, and did so in a very measured, thorough way, explaining and discussing the work so that we clearly understood the repair process The work was done meticulously and there was no clefor us It was a pleasure working with Josh; his personable and dependable manner greatly contributed to our overall excellent experience with this plumbing company
