The $payments in question, payable to the Bay Club, sent to the Bay Club mailing address for John BLovett & Associates lockbox processing, were processed for both February and March The dollar amounts of the processed checks, along with the owners name and apartment number were sent to the Management office of [redacted] at the end of February and at the end of March The information John BLovett & Associates provided to [redacted] , included not only the amount of the payments processed with the owners information, but also a copy of the Bay Club Bank Statement for February and for March The Bank Statement indicated when the payments were processed, and the ending balance in the Bay Club account A check payable to the Bay Club, to bring the ending balance to $to close the account, was also sent to [redacted] [redacted] has been contacted again by our office to confirm that checks sent to their office were received and payments made by owners of the Bay Club sent to our mailing address have been applied correctly to all owners’ accounts
