Good morning We do apologize for the encounter this customer has experience We did ship the incorrect unit to themThey received a full-length rail top, and they ordered the butt joint top I explained the full-length rails is an upgradeAlso, I explained our new machinery is not
finding enough smalls rails to manufacture the butt jointed tops Therefore, he was receiving the incorrect unitsWe manufactured a new unit for him, and the carrier held for days without deliveryWe were unaware of the delayed delivery to the customer, until he called us to let us knowUnfortunately, we cannot track every shipment that leaves our facilityWe do rely on the customer or our dealer to let us know they have not received the merchandiseHe informed us on Thursday and we had the carrier deliver on Friday3rd top came in to him, and it had a gouge taken out of the topHe sent pictures to us and I contacted the company he purchased through immediatelyThey reached out to him, and we have new top on the system to ship around 12/We are handling this last one with white gloves to get the top to the customer to meet their requirements, and meet our expectations for him Our Customer service team was very guarded when speaking with this gentleman, as he was very rude, was yelling, and using foul languageHe was very upset and understandably so We do apologize for the complete inconvenience of this order for this customer, and we are doing what we can to make this right for Mr*** Sincerely, *** *** John Boos & Company Customer Service Manager
