We deny any and all of these claims and  request documentation to back up these false claims. The homeowner did a final walk through at the job with not a single complaint and went so far as to give infant clothes to one of the gentlemen working on the job site. a final payment was funded after...

I am rejecting this response because:This is [redacted], who you have had contact with the whole time. [redacted] and I share this email and this complaint. You are sadly informed about mental versus physical disabilities. Diabetes is not a mental state. I was present during all of the conversations and relayed them on to my HUSBAND, which we both agreed were inappropriate and unprofessional (here is another one attached). We have multiple ones asking me every morning if I was having a good day. UNPROFESSIONAL. You did not need to concern yourself with my health. I told you my husband was here for me. We still have your voicemail trying to intimidate us since we contacted the Revdex.com, threatening to get a an attorney. We have a right to file with Revdex.com!! Within the last response you gave, you once again tried to intimidate us by "releasing voicemails" of me when I was rescheduling after a doctor's appointment because I was fearing a diagnosis of cancer. You must have issues with people that have disabilities. However, mine is not mental. Go ahead and release them. Shows your ethics are at a low level. We have plenty of funds and making up false information to make us look bad, just makes you look worse. The first check cleared on July 27, 2017, from my account, which I have over $32K due to selling property, so do not try to make yourself look like a fool. The final check was cleared on August 2, 2017. So....it takes all of this, and a month, for you to submit the REPORT, when you clearly stated that it would be sent after the final check clears? Both the CERTIFICATION/REPORT and INSPECTION, as told to us of other companies, should have been given prior to work. The inspection outlays what the problem is. We have no pictures, no proof of our house being in bad shape. Yes, we knew because we had another company come out and provide the sketch of our home and the inches that it was off in every room. We do not have this from [redacted].. The Certification shows how they are going to fix it. Hopefully, this is what was sent because, trying to sell the house, we have no idea what to tell potential buyers about what work was done here. You commented about us giving clothes to one of your crew members. Is that a crime? Is that even relevant in this case what so ever? We were being nice since we had a donation pile and they were there working. [redacted] wrote the final check without a walk through with me, because I was under the assumption plumbing would begin that day. He only took the check and left. We had made previous arrangements to go over the plumbing that day, and that is why I sent the text about when plumbing would start...because he just drove away. I did not even go outside. His response is noted in the texts...that he will keep me updated. With 2 children, and a plumbing leak, this is not professional. In addition: we have a plumber coming out Tuesday and Wednesday to fix whatever problems have come up, and we will pass this along to you. Since you failed to pull the permits, it may take longer since he will now have to do your job. This info provided by the City Inspector. We still need the INSPECTION. The REPORT is not the only thing missing in this complaint. Due to all of the continued unprofessionalism, we do not see you following through with your warranty. We just should have checked all reviews and your public criminal history first. [redacted]

Please be advised the individual that filed this complaint IS NOT the person that contracted with us for the repairs. What she has failed to mention is that the home owner, her aunt, hired "[redacted]" several years prior and the work installed by them was extremely unsatisfactory....

Our licences structural engineer "[redacted]" was directly involved through out the project and did provide a final report to the work completed with maintenance recommendations for the homeowner to follow. At the end of the project we had a final walk through with the customer and were given high prazes for our work with final payment received. We were infarct contacted in 2015 by the owner who is NOT the complainant for a warranty inspection. Upon inspection of the site it was evident that there was an on going drain leak and NO maintenance being done for the repair. By this time the niece, complainant, had moved into the home. We instructed the actual owner that there was a leak and due to the ongoing leak repairs were needed. The owner contracted for the repairs and again repairs signed off by a lic structural engineer. We were contacted yet again for an inspection in 2016 only to find the pipe the niece said she would have fixed had not been repaired. After being verbally assaulted by the individual filling the complaint who was obviously intoxicated at the time I called the owner of the property and advised her we could not help her as long as her tenant was at the home. We received a threatening letter witch was turned over to our company attorney for resolution and request for the information as to the engineer hired and attorney hired by the complainant. These items were never provided. I am sorry someone who just had to do some minor maintenance could not do this and now has to take personal attacks against me and my business. I respectfully ask for all documentation to support her claims.Respectfully,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] has a very bad memory or he is delusional. An engineer's report was never provided, as a matter of fact, [redacted] tried squeezing another $600 out of us to provide one. The maintenance issues were addressed, before the work was ever started. My Aunt will be contacting Revdex.com with the same issues. I have photos of the sub-par work and the material he just decided to throw the bluff instead of hauling off. We also hired our own structural engineer that stated the work the did was not done correctly or to code, and in fact was making the situation worse.

To clear things up all conversations and time on the job were done with your girlfriend who called and referred to her own mental state, please refer to your screen shot in reference to the diabetes text. This is not something I made up. You were never present during your entire project. In fact we have never meet in person or at the job and have spoken maybe twice. The issue at hand is the engineers report which was made VARY clear when you contracted that it would be sent via certified mail after final payment was processed and check cleared the bank. Your first payment had to be sent through twice due ti insufficient funds. Second I made it vary clear that until the plumbing is repaired and addressed the engineer is not going to sign off on the job because of drain lines leaking in the repaired area. I do thank you for the screen shots as they pretty much confirm what I am saying as they all came from your girlfriend and is clear that you have been misinformed. I have against better judgement sent your engineers report certified-mail but WILL NOT warranty the project as you have not had the necessary repairs made to the plumbing to the best of our knowledge. This is the last message and response that will be addressed as we do not have as much extra time on our hands as you sir do, especially for not being present the entire time the work was being done. Work meaning while the crews were on site and conversations and meetings with your girlfriend.Respectfully submitted[redacted]

As you are aware of I took your multiple text messages and was trying to respond via talk to text while taking my son to the emergency room due to an accident that involved a head injury and severe road rash. The homeowners text clearly state by her that there was miscommunication on her part. WE DO NOT INSTALL FULL CONCRETE FRONT PORCHES AT NO CHARGE!!! Please show me a signed agreement for the installation of this concrete front porch that you and my field labor agreed to. You also requested on one of the times I was at the job site that we reinstall the plants that you would try and salvage them. I advised you that mature plants of that age would probably not survive but you insisted I have them put back. We would have gladly hauled them off if you would have listened to my recommendations. The issue of sending someone back out well while at the hospital after rereading my text while my son was having a brain scan I saw the "talk to text" mis said words and called the owner. I apologized and the owner at that point was okay with just filling in the concrete rock areas. The owners girlfriend was yelling in the background and being vary ugly and unprofessional as an adult. I have two separate voice messages from the owners girlfriend crying and babbling about her health and blood sugar and asked us to stop work and wait until her "mental condition" improved. This whole complaint is unjustified and is nothing more than an angry person who is not getting something for free because she discussed it with a field hand and not the owner as it should have been. On a separate not a copy of the engineers report was sent via certified mail today. As far as the warranty, until the plumbing is repaired by a master lic. plumber with pictures and documentation there is no warranty on the foundation repairs. I hope this helps put this issue to rest and we do not have to release the voice messages to show the customers unstable condition. Respectfully submitted,[redacted]
