7Heater/AC unit constantly runs for hours during the winter months.
2008 my heater/ac stop working and Christenburg Heating was called. Mr. [redacted] told me for $3,000.00 he could replace the unit. During the winter of 2008, I call the company complaining that the unit would not shut off and the house would never reach the temperture set on the thermostat. If the thermostat was set at 75 the highest the temperture in the house would get was 72 or 73 and the unit would just run. In the winter of 2009. I again called Christenburg Heating complaining about the same problem. Someone was sent out again and again I was told nothing was wrong, but the service man could not explain why the unit constantly ran. In December 2010 I called Christenburg Heating and complained about the same problem again. This time the service man came out and turned the fan up which then only blew out cool air mix with warm air. I again called complaining, but this I was told someone would be sent out and no one never did. The winter of 2011 I called again complaining to Mr. [redacted] wife telling her that Mr. [redacted] never came far enough in the house to find out where the return was. When I explained to her that it was in a closet behind a closed door. That I would like the receipt and the owner manual for the unit, which I never received. Now its the winter of 2012 and once again I made a call to Christenburg Heating on January 3rd at 11:20am complaining about the unit running and not shutting off. I was told someone would be sent out. On the same day at 4:19pm I made another call explaining that I had called early that morning at 11:20 and now it was 4:19 and the unit had been running since 11:20 that morning. I was then told that someone would be out first thing the next morning. No one showed as of yet.
