I am rejecting this response because:
I had a second company look at it. I did not need a new unit. It was not 32 years old. The unit was 15-16 years old. The unit had a small leak which was repaired and loaded with new Freon. Diagnosed and repaired for $400.00. I can also attache the new invoice. Just because I signed an invoice doesn't mean I was satisfied. I called your company immediately after the tech left. I'm not going to sit there and argue with the tech. My complaint was not unreasonable, neither was my request for a partial refund unreasonable. You could've handled it better.

Our tech on site had to use a 28ft ladder to gain access to get on the roof. He then had to carry all of the necessary tools to the roof to perform the diagnostic's and trouble shoot the system. We informed that his 32 year old system had a very bad Freon leak and it needed to be replaced due to the...
age and existing condition of the system. The customer signed our invoice and stated that he was satisfied with our services. I will copy the invoice and attempt to attach and send to Revdex.com. Thank you, Moe

Your condo has two parts - the Air Handler in the ceiling that is 32 years old and the unit on the roof that is 17 years old. If you put Freon in it that is only a temporary fix. We look forward to working with you in the future.
