We have replaced numerous parts on this car to trying to satisfy this customer He has recently brought it in with an electrical problem that is intermittent and sporadic For this reason we have not been able to locate the the problem This is an electrical issue, which is not
covered under the warranty We have tried to fix it to satisfy this customer but we cannot We are sorry but there is nothing else we can do

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The parts that were replace were for front end wheel bearing problems and suspension issues.  They have nothing to do with this issue.  The electrical problem was reported to them 4 days after I took possession of the car.   The car has a 60 day warranty (I have submitted the paperwork).    They did not  want to look at the car for the electrical problem.  The service manager said it is not covered under the warranty.  I disagree that it should be covered and I have reason to believe that they knew about the problem when I bough the car. I want to be reimbursed for the repair that I will have to have done at the Dodge dealer.  If they refuse to reimburse me my next step is to go to the New York State Attorney General and after that I will file in small claims court for reimbursement.
