I called [redacted] on 9/27/08 to inform him I was having a problem with the hot water, he asked me the name of the heater, I told him, he said Oh yeah there's a recall on that coil, here's the number of the company, call them and they will replace it. I asked when he could send someone to install the new one, he responded, you need to call a plumber and take care of it yourself.

On 1/14/10 the pipes to the radiant heat in the cellar were banging, the plummer had to replace the water circulator for the radiant heat.

On 2/2/10 Icame downstairs after taking a shower and the kitchen ceiling was leaking in two places. When the plummer came he had to open the ceiling to locate the leaking pipe. The difficulity, is there are ne access doors to the pipes for the showers upstairs. When the hole was cut a tremondous amount of water came down on the furniture and floors. After consulting with the State Plumbing inspector he agreed these issues should not have occurred in a five year old house. Also, after inspection by two plummers the piping for the radiant heat is not adhered correctly to ceiling in the cellar,they are hanging down in the middle, the clamps are inadequate, therefore I am wasting oil and not getting the heat effiency one would expectfrom this method of heating.
