oil usage for this property at, *** ** ***As of November *** has been reviewing records for breaches in the service contract and enforcing the terms of the agreementBefore voiding any contracts we call the customers to discuss and remediate the situation, so there is not a lapse in their coverageAttempts were made by phone in December and January 2017, to discuss the inactive oil account with *** ***, voicemails were left on both occasionsThe contract was cancelled on March 3, because of the inactive oil account, please See attached.It wasn't until March 13, that the customer contacted *** for a heater problem and chose to purchase oilThis was the first oil delivery since February that was made to the property*** Was Willing to help with the heater problem, making the repairs on a, time and material basis, or *** *** Could have started a new service contract*** had the right, according to the terms of the agreement to void the contract.Should *** *** agree to participate in a budget plan and (or) automatic delivery, to guarantee the oil purchases we will reinstate the service contract.I will be glad to answer any questions you or the customer may have.Regards, Carolyn FRep
