Review: I purchased a car from this lot. I found on craigslist and car lots website, that the car I was looking at, was being advertised with the purchase of the car a $100 gas card with print out of ad at time of purchase. I printed out ad and presented it to the owner at the time of purchase...[redacted]. He told me he could not give it to me because I already got a good deal. I payed full price for the car and received no discount. Being a pregnant woman and single young parent feel he took advantage of the situation.Desired Settlement: To provide the $100 gas card that was advertised and an additional $100 gas card for not receiving first card, having to file this and go thru dispute process. A letter of apology and that he will not continue this practice would also be great.

To Revdex.comI told [redacted] at the time of purchase that I was not able to give her the $100 gas card because I gave her $1500 for her trade. Her trade was in hard money really only worth $500. I was not asking to much for the vehicle [redacted] purchased and gave her a strong over allowance on her trade. If she would remember correctly that she was obtaining her own financing and they would only finance a certain amount, which required me to give her such a strong trade allowance. She had no cash to put down and needed the money on her trade to make the deal. [redacted] did not remember how much I did help her out. I did not force her in any way to purchase the vehicle at the terms we discussed. She signed the papers and took the car 2 months ago. If she feels like she got a poor deal she needs to discuss it with me. I am a very fair man always have been...not your "typical" used car salesman.

OK here it goes. I have been to John Clark mortors and have bought 2 trucks within 1 year. The first truck within 6k miles had to put over 3000$ into engine and after I did repairs the transmission was going bad. So I took it to [redacted] and traded it in on another truck a 2004 dodge ram. I didn't have it 3 days and check engine light came on and transmission temp light came on. Took it to [redacted] at John Clark mortors and he said I bought it as is and nothing he could do. I recommend not buying from him.
