I regret that [redacted] is dissatisfied with the results providedHowever, as I informed her during our several telephone conversations prior her paying the retainer and prior to the service being provided, other avenues to obtain this information do in fact exist, but, because of her limited budget the only reasonable method to attempt to obtain this information was a database searchBefore any service was provided or payment was made, I explained that these databases pull information from a number of resources and provide them to investigators for a feeWe cannot guarantee results, no investigator can, and the services she requested and agreed to, were performed, she only had issue with the resultsWe report details which we develop during the investigation and research, we cannot create results to pacify our clients, and we can only report what we find as factShe also expected us to send investigators into the field to verify this data which I explained for the limited budget she had available we could not possibly doShe was also provided an invoice detailing the database fees, the cost for the investigator’s time and the taxes charged

 I am fully aware of the price that I paid and service offered I agreed to which was a database search. The database used clearly is outdated and presented information which wasat least 10 years old of information. I clearly specified for up to date current information for the data base search in providing a current address, instead the information provided from said database was an address which was 10 years old which the individual obviously does not live there presently in 2015. I requested the name of the two of the database which was used by the company [redacted] did not want to provide that information. Because the database which is being used by [redacted]'s investigation company is clearly outdated it is presenting outdated information. It should be noted that we do not get paid for results. We charge for data accessed through subscriptions for pay per use databases, as well as, for the time our investigator spends on the clients investigation. Sales tax is also required for all cases. To date we have not charged this customer's CC and at this time we've decided not to process the charge.

Review: I recently requested the service of John Cutter Investigations for a search on current address and employment history on an individual. It cost me $300.00 for the database search. According to [redacted] he utilized two diffrent databases for this information. The address which was shown as a current address, was false information. I actually went to the address, that individual did not reside there. The search provided what should have been an up to date address information that was more than 5 years old. I requested for my money back, since [redacted] did not do the job entail of finding an accurate mailing address for the indvidual instead providing years old information, that is clearly not accurate information. Please do not use his services...IT is a RIP OF!He Only Cares About Taking YOur Money, and using outdated databases, without verfying that the information presented is in fact correct and up to date. I brought this to is attention and he was in complete denial, refused to refund my money or find a diffrent tool to provide an actual acurate address to such person.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, I am not satisfied with the results. [redacted]s service did not provide an accurate up to date address with the outdated database systems he is using.
