He refused to replace pump when I have his receipt of purchase and pump whent out 6 months later.
I had Mr [redacted] do some septic tank work and field lines put in. This first problem that I had was he quoted me a price and kept changing the price it went from $700 to $2200. Then it took 3 months for him to finish the job. Here recently the pump went out and he said that it had a warranty on the pump and with in six months the pump went out. He took the pump back (he didn't his proof he bought it and the plumbing place said the serial number was over 10 years old. He accused us of not wiring it right and told me that he was NOT buying us another one. I told him I couldn't help when he bought it my warranty started when he wrote out my receipt, and he still refuses to replace it. He told me that I am the one that needed to take the plumbing place to court when I didn't have any connection with then only him.
