Modern Design coated our lanai and we couldn't be happier. We painted over a previously sealed lanai and it was a disaster. Matt and Melinda from MD did an outstanding job. They grinded off the old paint, reapplied the cement and put on the new sealer/coating. It was a loud, messy process but looking at the finished product you don't see any traces they were here expect a beautiful lanai. They made a sample color board on site which really helping in the color selection. Modern Design is top notch.

Very pleased with project from quote to the finish product. Our driveway and main walkpath to the house looks better than we imagined it would. Matt and Melinda did a wonderful job. Our driveway was finished on 7-23-16 and looks great. The weather wasn't very cooperative, but staff did a great job with a very good attitude in spite of the rain.

Modern Design did their magic on the pavers leading into my house and the entire pool deck. We chose the color and it turned out perfect. The shape of the pavers was still very visible. The comments we got from visitors was very positive.

This is the third time we have used MODERN DESIGN for walkway work. The first was to resurface the entire old looking walkways, the second to re-seal the walkways after several years and this time to resurface again because of damage do to bridge construction which caused cracks.

Each time their price was very competitive,they gave a detailed estimate and start date.

The work was DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME on schedule with a crew that was very polite and curious. It's hard to find a work crew that all the residents' comment on, more unlikely is that all are commenting in a positive way.

All the people at Modern Design completed an excellent repair, resurface and design repaint of our front entrance and walkway. They were clean and neat and had to tolerate extensive rain that slowed the project. They were all polite and timely. We are extremely pleased with their work and the result of our project.

I recently had some work done by Modern Design. The enhancement to my home is dramatic. I love the brick pavers and concrete work they did. I had them about twenty years ago for an office building and it still looks beautiful. Brian is always courteous and reliable. He had photos and was very helpful with colors.
