[redacted] XXX [redacted] XXXXX July 30, This is the third time we have used MODERN DESIGN for walkway workThe first was to resurface the entire old looking walkways, the second to re-seal the walkways after several years and this time to resurface again because of damage do to bridge construction which caused cracks Each time their price was very competitive,they gave a detailed estimate and start date The work was DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME on schedule with a crew that was very polite and curiousIt's hard to find a work crew that all the residents' comment on, more unlikely is that all are commenting in a positive way I would highly recommend MODERN DESIGN to anyone [redacted] *** [redacted]
Our driveway was finished on 7-23-and looks greatThe weather wasn't very cooperative, but staff did a great job with a very good attitude in spite of the rain They represent the company very wellI will recommend to anyone
Loved the people and the work the do!!! My driveway is the talk of the mobile home park!! They are very courteous and do their job very professionally! I will recommend them to all who ask about driveway repair or makeover
Absolutely professional in representation, discussion of work to be done, and completion of project The quality of the final job was terrific but what impressed me more were the "little things"...no paint anywhere but where it was supposed to be! Roping off the area so no one would damage their work Excellent phone preparation on what to expect and follow up after the job was doneProvided with cans of touch up if I need it later Full instructions on how to care and maintain my carport The finish details were very, very professional Truly representative of a business owner with employees who CARE about their work and the final product
