Review: About 3 months ago I purchases a John Deere tractor from Carlisle and Anderson in Winchester, Va. I advised the salesman that I was looking for bucket teeth for the front end loader. He advised me that he will order it and have it installed. When I purchased the product the salesman said it would be delivered within 3 days. On the 4th day I called them inquiring the status of the delivery of my tractor. Someone in the store told me there was a delay and it should be delivered sometime next week. I asked why didn't anyone call me to make me aware, he said " someone should have called you ". When the tractor was delivered it didn't have the teeth on the bucket like I requested and the front end loader got stuck in the down position. I went to Carlisle and Anderson and told them what happened. The salesman said he will get someone out to get the tractor to fix it. When I inquired about the bucket teeth he stated he forgot to order the product. I asked him again will he order it and install it since my tractor will be at there business already. The salesman said it would cost around 350 dollars for the teeth. I told him that ok and go ahead and order it. The salesman told me " ill get it taken care of". He also said he would call me back that evening with the exact amount of the cost. I never received a phone call from him at all! A few days later they delivered the tractor and again it didn't have the bucket teeth installed. I went back and spoke to them again about the issues I was having with this tractor and I brought up the fact that twice I wanted the bucket teeth installed. They assured me that they will get the tractor back in the shop to fix the bucket and install the bucket teeth. I inquired about returning the tractor because I wasn't pleased with the product of John Deere and the service. They advised me they are unable to return the product. A few days later the tractor was delivered and they never installed and forgot to leave the key. I called inquiring about my keys and they stated they will have someone come out that evening to deliver it. No one showed up that evening or the next morning. I called again before the close of business and inquired about the deliver of my keys. The person on the phone said " they were suppose to get them out to you this morning". I asked if they can be delivered and he told me it couldn't because the guy who had the keys had already gone home. I explained to him that I have been waiting a day and half for my keys and I shouldn't have to wait because their staff keeps forgetting things. Later that night someone came out and put the keys in the tractor.

I was speaking with John Deere financial services about making online payments. During our discussion I explained the issues I had with tractor and the service. The representative was extremely polite and helpful. She told me that there is actually a return policy and I would have to go through the dealership. I followed her instructions and contacted the dealership. When I called and asked about returning they gave me the number to the owner. I called him everyday and explained what I was trying to do and they would just put me to his voicemail. On the 4th day and 3 messages later I got a return phone call. I explained to Bo Carlisle the issues I had with the tractor and I would like to return it. I explained to him I haven't even put 4 hours on the machine or went through the first tank of fuel. He told me the only thing he could do was put it on his lot to try and sell it for me, that I purchased it through John Deere financial and essentially they own the tractor and there is nothing he could do. I recently used the machine to bush hog and two pins from underneath had broken.

I also would like to express that this is my 3rd john deere tractor and I have always been a return customer of their product. I am very dissatisfied at this point and probably will not purchase another John Deere tractor or recommend them to anyone because of the issues I have had with this purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like the tractor, loader and mower deck returned with a full refund of what I financed so I can pay the tractor off and have money refunded to me of the payments already made.

Review: I purchased a Z810a commercial mower a few years ago. And I have only had problems with it, But the other day I was about killed on the machine when it broke.

I was mowing and the arm that steers the machine broke off and I about crashed into a car going down the street, I instead crashed into the house really hard.

I went to get a new part and I was told that these parts have been changed and are now steel. I asked the guy is they had allot break he said he could not answer the question.

I also asked him why my model the entire 800 series was canceled by john deere shortly after they put them out. He said he could not answer that question.

I asked if there was a recall on this problem as it is very serious. he said no. and then charged me for the part.

So I about killed myself when the defective part just brok off, and had to pay for it.

also I have replaced about every moving part on the machine. it leaks oil. and it cant be stopped as it has defective parts. it only has 430 hours on it. that is really low for this machine.Desired Settlement: I would like John deere to replace my entire mower with a model that is safe and I wont have to worry about killing myself or others.
