Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: contractor saw the concrete and the situation & when he removed the old concrete he failed to adjust the new concrete level to be level with the remaining concrete hereby making the hot tub not level. If he could not install the concrete so it would be level he should not have taken the job. He needs to issue a refund for the work

Review: CONTRACTOR REPLACED CONCRETE AROUND 1/2 OF MY HOT TUB (IT WAS SINKING). HE REMOVED THE CONCRETE AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW CONCRETE EXCEPT IT WAS NOT LEVEL. WHEN I OPENED MY POOL IN MAY AND FILLED MY HOTTUB UP WATER OVERFLOWS IN THE BACK WHERE HE REPLACED THE CONCRETE. HE SAID WE WOULD FIX IT BUT IT NOW HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS.Desired Settlement: $1300 REFUND FOR THE FEE I PAID OR THE CONTRACTOR FIX THE PROBLEM BY JUNE; REMOVE THE EXISTING CONCRETE AND REPLACE IT SO THE HOT TUB IS LEVEL
