Super Value Home Services has been my company for all my carpet, duct, upholstery and furnace cleaning needs for many years nowI just recently had Brad & Jason come out to home and as usual they were friendly, informative and very professionalThey showed me parts of my ventilation system I had no idea can be accessed and cleaned, not only did I get an amazing duct cleaning job but they were also able to educate me on the ventilation system in my homeMy experience with the office staff was and has always been very pleasant, the lady that was helping me book my appointment in was able to accommodate my time restraints as well as get me a next day appointmentI have recommended Super Value to all my family and friends and will continue to use Super ValueThank you Brad & Jason for the amazing work!

Super Value cleaned my elderly Mom's furniture and carpets and did a fantastic job The technicians moved the furniture requested and left the cleaned items in amazing shape I should also note that they arrived on time and were very courteous I would highly recommend Super Value In the past I have had bad experiences with fly by night operations and supposed special prices My Mom and I had an excellent experience with Super Value

Very bad experience with this companyGot a carpet cleaning quote from one of their office stuffI was happy with the price and what were promised to be includeedBut once their technician was on site, he did not do the job what were quotedThen one of their office lady called me and tried to explain what were quoted, and told me they kept all phone conversation recodings and will forward to me to prove they did nothing wrongAnd then I got a phone call from their supervisor saying they don't have any phone recording*** Use a lot different carpet cleaning companies before, this is the worst experience I had

I was referred by a neighbour who was very happy about the job they had done for her. I called, booked an appointment that was on time. The service men explained what they were doing and I was very amazed at some of the pictures they took for me - showing me the before & afters of my vents. They also very polite and clean. Would highly recommend them to my coworkers, friends & family. It was worth every penny I spent.

We had some of our services with Super Value, but after a most concerning experience with a competitor, we moved all of our household interior and exterior maintenance services to Super Value. The commitment to customer relationships is phenomenal! Their front of house engagement is a significant contributory to the amazing experience! I recommend them without hesitation!

Have had Super Value come down now 3 times since we've been home owners. Each time we've dealt with different crew members and everytime they've come down, every single one of their employee's has been so great. we have two young kids who aren't the best at getting out of the way for these guys to work yet each time the staff has shown such kindness towards them. I've recommended them to neighbours and friends and have only done so because of our great experiences.

I just had Jesse and Patrick come out this morning to clean my carpets what a amazing experience they were on time and very courteous and respectful and the carpets turned out great they got stains out that I thought would never come out .Will be recommending SuperValue to my friends

When I called to book an appointment to get my carpets cleaned, it was booked quickly and within the week.
I appreciated this as my work schedule is busy and varies from day to day.
When they came to do the job, they were professional, friendly and took care in making sure that I knew what options were available to me.
The set up and clean up was done with great care.
