I live in Tennessee and had surgery for stage 4 cancer of the prostate in December. I have a 50/50 chance of it returning because of the severity of the cancer. My Daughter who is 28 told us she was going to get married June 29 2016, then she told us she was having a baby girl on October19. She had a small Honda coupe that we bought for her in 2008 and knew that would not work for them and the baby and we wanted to help since they could not afford to buy anything else...so I started looking. I found a 2013 Acura at John Eagle Acura in Texas. I had my reservations but they assured me they were the largest dealership in the south and they would take good care of me.They gave me a price, we got a loan and sent the the cashiers check OVERNIGHT as they requested. They said I would have to arrange shipping so I did. When I told them the driver was coming to pick it up, they told me he could not take it.(even though I had paid everything owed for the car) . They said I had to sign some sort of form that they would overnight to me and I would overnight back to them..They did not overnight it...3 days later it arrived and I sent it Overnight back to them. I had to wait another week for a driver to pick up the vehicle. They said they would have to take care of all title work and gave me a 30 day drive out tag. I have made at least 12 calls asking about my title and tag...my daughter is driving around in a 30 day drive out tag that has NOW been expired for 30 days. All total is has been 60 days since I paid in full for the vehicle and I cannot get the tag , title or registration for the vehicle I purchased. All I get are promises and still no results. My wife asked for the loan where she has worked at the Credit Union for 40 years and now she is on an incomplete list since the title has not been sent. This is the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle in my entire life and the most difficult dealership to get a straight answer from. I have learned a lesson, to deal with a dealership close to you when trying to buy a car. I will probably end up having to get an attorney to step in to be able to get my title, which should have been a normal part of the process...buyer beware!!!!!

I bought a used 2010 less than 1 month ago and was very pleased with the purchase process ......then about a week ago the car starts leaking oil and coolant. I take the car to my local mechanic and he proceeds to tell me there are several issues with leaking fluids on the car. As you would imagine, not cheap to fix.
When purchasing the care we are told the car goes through a thorough mechanical and safety inspection. I called the used car sales manager, TJ [redacted], tell him what is going on with the car and that I am disappointed that this has happened and that I thought he should know. He proceeds to tell me that they only check for safety issues, not mechanical and that our mechanic is trying to make a quick buck off of us. I bought the car "as is", fully knowing what that means but you would think that a reputable dealer would try to make the situation right, or at least palatable, not try to deflect blame to my mechanic.
I mean seriously! Needless to say I should have read through all of the [redacted]! & Revdex.com reviews and stayed very far away from this dealer. Your reputation follows you, good and bad. They should rest assured that every person I come into contact with will never do business with John Eagle Acura. If the situation would have been handled properly, the opposite would be true.

I purchased an [redacted] in December 2016 and traded in my [redacted] 2013, the finance staff assured me that all transactions were completed and my traded in vehicle will be paid off. For the next four weeks, the [redacted] finance office had not received any check and billed me will late payments which affected my credit. I contacted John eagle finance department countless time about the where about of the check but no one at the department could provide me with a direct or reasonable answer. After 6 weeks, I realized the at the checks were sent were to 2 different and wrong addresses. This tells you how weak and inefficient the finance services at john eagle Acura operates, very appalling and disappointing.
The finance office at John eagle Acura was the worse I have ever dealt with and I regretted ever doing business with them.
I made one last call to john eagle Acura and requested to speak to the finance manager who was in charge of my recent purchase and unknowingly to them I could hear clearly the conversation at the background. One of the finance manager, a male to be precise, who picked up the phone, (name of this individual will not be disclosed) said to the other finance manager " THE CRAZY WOMAN " is on the phone waiting to speak to you. I was so disappointed, very hurt and humiliated by that offensive statement from a john eagle Acura finance manager. I later spoke with the finance manager I had wished to speak with and mentioned what I heard over the phone while been placed on hold. This was disheartening, rude, offensive, highly inappropriate and unprofessional to refer to a customer with such an abusive language as “CRAZY WOMAN”
I advise anyone seeking to purchase / trade in a vehicle to be very careful in dealing with John eagle Acura. I was a victim and learnt the hard way. John Eagle Acura finance staff do not respect their customers. They disrespected me and I was extremely dissatisfied with their services.
I would certainly not recommend anyone to them, not after this horrible experience.
