The letter is used AS WRITTEN and signed the way it was received probably from the treatment company (and sent to us) that bought ANOTHER EMachine from us in 2017!! Also, I have enclosed a brochure about a young girl in OHIO (with her father making the water) that treated wellsALSO YEARS AGOlike the above!!HOW TO TREAT A WELL IS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE MACHINE THATTHE SUBJECT BOUGHTbut ignoredI100's of wells were done in Mexico but we used the one on our website because they STATED in the 1/27/92article (that we are allowed to quote): 'The curative power results from the "Movements of water" between two metal tanks" which describes our INTERNATIONAL PATENTSalso Ignored!! BOTTOM LINE:The subject had the machine for about months and returned it to us to have a larger drain installed because she has hard water but WE WERE NEVER PAID TO HAVE THE MACHINE ALTERED as she requested!! Also a letter states that ALL SALES ARE FINALinstead, THE SUBJECT IS USING A SMEAR CAMPAIGN that will backfire because she is using her NAME and PHONE NUMBER to CALL STRANGERS (her address is easily found) like her letter saysto have them CALL HER BACK!! We have thousands of loyal followers that we have helped including many Vets with health issues that were ignored because of VietnamThese victims will call her or travel to defend us against this smear campaign and others lodged against them that resulted in a LACK OF INTEREST In treating them i.eI received the same nasal radiation treatment (at 14) that the submariners and Air Force personnel received including to million civilians that RESULTED IN CANCER even years later!! in the above business’s reply,) claims that the miraculous water was due to the “movement of the water btwnthe tanks.” Those tanks that “quote” was referring to, (I believe), were not the tiny tanks in John Ellis mach.s, (as Ellis ad(s) claim)(which ad's links are in my previous reply), but it refers, (I believe), to the large totanks which actual on-site observers & participants who were there @ the time @ Tlacote miracle well, who wrote about their Tlacote miracle water experience(s), reported they saw & learned they were installed there near the wells on the [redacted] property w/ the help of the govt., to store the well water & help pump it to spigots made f/ the purpose of serving the 10s of 1,000s of people who came seeking miracles from the well water If there really had been Ellis mach.s set up & feeding the well, as Ellis claims (in one or more ad(s) which link to his website), there would be evidence on Ellis’s books & records & a paper trail leading to a purchase of Ellis mach.s prior to by [redacted] in Tlacote, Mex & another article quoted [redacted] as saying that, “the source of the water was “extraterrestrial.”” Those articles were written w/ diffslants, to create diffperceptions about the source of the water, depending on who was writing the article & f/ what purpose If Chahin had truly bought & been using Elllis mach.s to create that miracle well water, some news article or show somewhere would have documented that specific quote from [redacted] But it is nowhere So, again, creating a reference by inference, to a co.’s machthat was never there or intended, is & misleading advertising, misleading the public to believe that this Tlacote miracle well was due to, & related in any way, to Ellis’s mach.s The evidence (that I’ve seen, so far) doesn’t 3/28/This person didn't read our response! We don't say you have to have a refrigerator ice maker!! Just hook it up like a refrigerator ice maker using a saddle valve on the cold water pipe OR use another faucet to hook it up! Also, the bulb isn't ordinary glass but heavy quartz only 3/8" diameter that goes down into the STAINLESS STEEL BOILER., the bulb is PROTECTED by stainless steel!! She keeps talking about "assembling" the machine., what assemblyputting the bulb down into the boiler? About as much as an automatic coffee maker!! Also, she can just HAND FILL the machine and keep adding water to the machine while operating instead of using the faucet hookupThen, since the machine removes DEADLY Deuterium In ALL WATER including ordinary distilled/filtered water, it produces DEUTERIUM DEPLETED WATER (DDW) which is a major cause of aging and cancer with dozens of National Institutes of Health studies nih.gov! Then all she has to do Is add ONE OUNCE of our water to every gallon of ordinary water!! With patents It's the ONLY PRODUCT IN THE WORLD that can produce DDW for pennies/gallon while also changing the properties of ordinary water rather than $for a small bottle redistilling at least times!! EVEN THOUGH WE ARE A NON-PROFIT HELPING THE UNFORTUNATES IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES, all she has to do is RETURN THE BROKEN BULB WITH LEADS so we can see if it's a two pin or four pin connection and we will REPLACE IT NO CHARGE!! 3/15/16WE ARE A NON PROFIT (Living Water Environmental Foundation) as a result of the good results using our machines on the Virus epidemic In Africa BEFORE IT REACHES THE UNITED STATES (Patents show we have the ONLY product that allows enough DESTRUCTION TIME to destroy Viruses that
resist boiling and travel with the Steam in an ordinary water distiller)!!The African shipments resulted because of a humanitarian Gift from a major Foundation run by a woman who uses the SAME MACHINE THIS WOMAN IS COMPLAINING ABOUTI! She donates millions to charity every year and in addition to her humanitarian gift has bought dozens of machines from us to be shipped as gifts to the M.D/s at various hospitals and health care providers.I mention this because never ONCE have we heard about "assembling" the machine! The only "assembly" is a snap connecter for the faucet (which they make by the millions for countertop dishwashers etc) to convey water to the machine which is easier than hand filling the machine.Her complaint is that her faucet is a newer spray type that she doesn't want to replace in spite of the consequences of NOT using the machine!! WE ASSUME THE WOMAN HAS A REFRIGERATOR and since she has a newer spray type faucet, her refrigerator probably as an ice maker that conveys water to the refrigerator via a saddle valve kit that comes with the tubing that is needed in kit form available at any hardware store for usually under $She can use the kit with our machine or hook it directly into ice maker line!Since the 9/terrorist attacks, a product like our machine where human consumption is involved can't be resold once it has been shippedThis is just common sense!! believe), to the large totanks which actual on-site observers &
participants who were there @ the time @ Tlacote miracle well, who wrote about
their Tlacote miracle water experience(s), reported they saw & learned they
were installed there near the wells on the [redacted] property w/ the help of
the govt., to store the well water & help pump it to spigots made f/ the
purpose of serving the 10s of 1,000s of people who came seeking miracles from
the well water. If there really had been
Ellis mach.s set up & feeding the well, as Ellis claims (in one or more ad(s)
which link to his website), there would be evidence on Ellis's books &
records & a paper trail leading to a purchase of Ellis mach.s prior to
by [redacted] in Tlacote, Mex.
& another article quoted [redacted] as saying that, "the source of the water was "extraterrestrial."" Those articles were written w/ diffslants,
to create diffperceptions about the source of the water, depending on who was
writing the article & f/ what purpose.
If Chahin had truly bought & been using Elllis mach.s to create that
miracle well water, some news article or show somewhere would have documented
that specific quote from [redacted]. But
it is nowhere. So, again, creating a
reference by inference, to a co.'s machthat was never there or intended, is
& misleading advertising, misleading the public to believe that this
Tlacote miracle well was due to, & related in any way, to Ellis's mach.s. The evidence (that I've seen, so far) doesn't
bear that out
So, I reject the business's reply & it's
reasons f/ refusing to issue a full refund Its reasons are tainted...by a lack of

I am rejecting this response because:  I do not have an icemaker on my refrigerator.  I chose not to have one because they use too much electricity.  Mr.  Ellis failed to tell you that two special ozone light bulbs are required to operate this water machine and they can only be purchased for $80.00 apiece from Mr. Ellis.  When I tried to insert one of the ozone bulbs into the machine, it broke because they are a long slender thin bulb.  Mr. Ellis said that I just didn't know how to assemble the machine and so it would cost me an additional $80.00 to start all over again.  So, now the cost is up to $2,880.00 and I still don't have any water.  He also did not tell you that when the  heater module needs cleaned, you have to mail it back to him with a check for $ 130.00  plus the cost to mail this heavy machine.  In addition, who knows how delicate these bulbs are, how long they will last and how often you need to mail the machine back for cleaning.  It is a lot of expense and not as easy as Mr. Ellis makes it sound.   None of this was known to me until I received and paid $2,800.00.   This is not the product that he advertises.....simple and easy to assemble.  Balony.  So, let's just say that I purchase another light bulb for $80.00 and who is to say that this one will not break as easily.  Then I hire a plumber who charges me $100.00 or more just to tell me that he cannot make this machine work without installing a new faucet  and now we are up to several hundred dollars more.  I do not want to replace my spray faucet and I should not have to do so.   As I said before, no water passed through the machine and you can buy many used cooking items in a consignment store, [redacted], etc. and you can also return cooking items if purchased in a store.   I just want my money back.  If I purchased a washing machine and it could not be used because it would not fit in my laundry...do you think the store would say, "Well, we cannot take it back because you ran water through it."  Then I would say, "But I could not have run water through it, because I could not connect it since it would not fit in my laundry."  No, they would gladly accept the washer back because they would want you to buy another washer from them.  However, Mr. Ellis has no other products, so he does not care if I ever buy anything else from him.  The bottom line is that Mr. Ellis falsely advertises the water machine and never mentions a word of his NO RETURN POLICY, that ozone bulbs cost $80.00 to replace and that it costs $115.00 plus his shipping and handling to clean the machine.   Doesn't that say something about Mr. Ellis.  I am 70 years old, retired and I cannot afford to throw away $2,880.00 and have nothing in return; whereas Mr. Ellis is a millionaire. I invested this $2,800.00 in order to improve my health, not because I could afford it.  I am certain that the water machine works and I would have loved to have it in my home and improve my health.   Call Mr. Ellis recording detailing the water machine at ###-###-####  and you will hear nothing about a no refund policy.  I have a paper from Mr. Ellis which states "All returns are subject to a RETURN CHARGE.  I have this paper if you would like me to mail it to you.

We have thousands of loyal followers that we have helped including many Vets with health issues that were ignored because of Vietnam. These victims will call her or travel to defend us against this smear campaign and others lodged against them that resulted in a LACK OF INTEREST In treating them i.e. I received the same nasal radiation treatment (at 14) that the submariners and Air Force personnel received including 1 to 4 million civilians that RESULTED IN CANCER even years later!!
