Mr & Mrs [redacted] purchased a [redacted] over days ago We did an inspection and repaired items that were found before selling the [redacted] to the ***’s While we can understand their frustration with repairs we also understand that a year old vehicle is bound to have issues We have fixed the issues at no cost to the ***’s and even delivered the [redacted] back to them when the last repair was completed At this time we have chosen not to continue communications with Mr& Mrs [redacted] as our employees are being verbally abused and the offer of trading them out of this vehicle is not a sufficient resolution for themWe feel that we have made every effort to resolve all issues and at this time any additional repairs that have been performed after the sale date have been at no expense to the ***’s

This guest did not bring this concern up to our dealership until months after picking up her vehicle At that time the warranty on repairs had expired We in fact had to send a demand letter to this guest to have her come pick up their vehicle at the time of service as she would not return our calls We have in good faith offered to do a free appraisal on the vehicle and work with her to trade her out of it if another vehicle can be found that meets her needs and price range Our dealership has not heard from her since the last phone call with our General Manger Also, our records do not indicate that we have performed $in repairs for [redacted] We would look to the Revdex.com for suggestions as to how we might be able to resolve this issue other than the appraisal and offer to help find another vehicle

This complaint is actually for John Elway Chevrolet on *** *** This business was sold and is not longer open While John Elway Cadillac does house the documents it did not have anything to do with this sold vehicle We ask that the Revdex.com remove this response from John Elway

This guest did not bring this concern up to our dealership until 6 months after picking up her vehicle.  At that time the warranty on repairs had expired.  We in fact had to send a demand letter to this guest to have her come pick up their vehicle at the time of service as she would not...
