Our Elway Credit Center manager, [redacted] ***, is working with [redacted] to try and obtain financing There are numerous items that need to be met by the bank but we are working to get them resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the statements made in this response are falseYes I signed a sheet explaining they would give me the check when they had the title When [redacted] called me to come pick up my check on the 24th, nothing had been sent, they did not have the title and they hadn’t sent my pay off to the bankThey wrote me a check for the incorrect amountWhen I talked to [redacted] who was not helpfulHe did not inform me I would get a check on the thirdHe made it clear I would be waiting 5-more days for it and there was nothing he was going o do to fix that I was lied too about the process when I signed the paper workI was lied to by [redacted] , [redacted] and ***His response was more of why I contacted the Revdex.com in the first place Sincerely, [redacted]

We have tried to contact Mr [redacted] and his co-signer and they will not return our calls While we do apologize for any inconvenience that was caused by miscommunication due to numerous employees being involved we at no point provided them with unfair financing We did submit their circumstances to numerous banks and provided them with the best APR, least cash down and were able to cover their negative equity Our staff even drove to get power of attorneys signed for the trade in, by a third party that was not going to be on the current paperwork to assist Mr [redacted] and his co-signer Mr [redacted] 's cosigner was required to re-sign a power of attorney as she used the wrong name when signing Again, we have tried to contact both parties to explain this and to go over in detail the other call backs that we received but did not offer them, due to the fact they were higher APRs with more required down payment We would be happy to review this with the Revdex.com or Mr [redacted] at any point

This $has been refunded. There was some miscommunication that we needed to have a conversation with *** ***. In order to protect our customers credit card information the full credit card does not appear on the merchant receipt. We had to get the full number in order to
process the refund. This has been completed. We do apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused

The general manager contacted me, and offered a satisfactory resolutionThey found another car, exactly the same and traded out the hail damaged car

Our records indicate that ** *** made appointments to see this vehicle and then did not show up when agreed We did try to get this vehicle back once *** *** said
he still wanted to come to see it, after the last missed appointment, however it was sold by the time our sales people were able to get to the location to pick it back up We have refunded *** *** his money

This address was removed from both our customer management tools *** *** was in our dealership in December of We are not sure who provided the service advisor with the address to be posted again We have removed it from ADP, called our General Motors vendor that sends
out communications as part of a follprogram and put a not in the file to not use this address again, if *** *** should some in for service again We apologize for this inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to ensure that no further communications are mailed to the *** address

We appreciate Mr*** bringing this to our attention. We agree that training is always beneficial for all employees. We have reviewed the communications between Mr*** and our staff. If you take the selling price of $43,and divide it by months it comes out to
$598/month. This is without interested, any negative equity and does not allow for the down payment He was requesting at $payment which would make the very basic payment off by $a month. If we multiply that out by months it is a difference of $17,over the term of the loan (and again, this is without interest, negative equity or down payment). We are not certain how Mr*** came to the monthly payment without including a large down payment. We do know and appreciate that Mr***’ time is valuable and would like to offer a full detail on his Volt (valued at $199) and provide him with a $gift card to our Pro Shop as an apology for this for his inconvenience. In addition, our General Manager, *** ***, would be happy to begin a national search for a used Colorado that might fit the price and payment that Mr*** is looking for. *** can be reach at ###-###-####. *** will also help Mr*** set his appointment for the detail and provide him with the proshop gift card

I am rejecting this response because: This "company" can claim it did all it could to help me, but that would be a lieI made two appointments to see this vehicle, both times the appointment was set for Saturday the 19thI never missed the appointments because the car was sold to auction on the 17thAnd then when I made an attempt to have this "company" get me the car I had reserved back, I set the second appointment for the same day (Sat the 19th)However, the morning of the 19th, before my "scheduled" appointment, I got a call saying that the car was sold THE DAY BEFORESo no, I did not miss any appointmentsInstead, I wasted my time and money trying to get a car from a "company" that does not hold up their end of a dealThe point of this complaint is that this dealership reneged on the FIRST agreement (that they would hold the car for me until the 19th)Then the proceeded to renege on another agreement (one that should have been avoided because the car should not have been sold to auction in the first place), saying they would get the car back to meIf they do not admit to their wrongful business practice, I will start asking for reimbursement for travel expenses that I accrued for no reason

I received a call yesterday and been told from service director that it is now the oil pump, and he got to see the error message and see what the vehicle was doing. So I am now waiting for them to fix the oil pump and pick up my vehicle to see if it works.

that you purchased a very specific contract that has coverage for listed items. Unfortunately, this means if the items are not listed they are not covered. Per your contract, your lower control arms, alignment due to lower control arms, and the switch that controls driver side seat were all covered and the work has been completed. We waived our diagnostic fee and looked into your check engine light, the results were the accelerator pedal position sensor which is not covered by your warranty. We do not show any issues with your tires but would be happy to take a look if you would like us to do so. We understand your frustration as a vehicle is a huge purchase and you want your car in tip-top working condition. If you would like to discuss your warranty or any of issues that were not covered we are happy to discuss your options. Please give our General Manager, Josh L[redacted] a call at 303-789-6205 to discuss.

[redacted]'s payoff check was issued and sent over night on Oct 21st, the same day he was at our dealership.  It is company policy for the equity check that goes to any customer not be issued until title is received from the lien holder, which [redacted] did sign a paper that explained this...

process.  We spoke with his lien holder yesterday, Nov 2nd, and they stated the title would be mailed on the 3rd.  As soon as the title is received, and signed off correctly, we will be happy to provide [redacted] with his equity check.  We are sorry that it has taken time.  We would be happy to provide any documentation necessary to support our statement.
