paid for in full at the time of service. Unfortunately the receptionist was unaware she had insurance that only required a 20$ copay. We held the check until January 12th believing she was returning to pick out glasses. At that time we deposited the check and I was giving the check time to clear.I have already written a refund check of 157.00 [redacted]. I do apologize I should have called [redacted] and explained the situation and this could have been avoided. At no time do we ever make a patient buy anything from us. The refund was mailed out today. If I can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact this office.Thank You
