If the customer would like to send her handbag in to us. I will have one of our Repair Specialist take another look at her handbag.

Hello, ** *** did contact us about her handbag to have the corners on her bag repaired. At that time we did let her know that when a repair is made on the corners the handbag will become slightly smaller based on the size of the holes. This is noted on our repair ticket as
well, which *** *** received in advance of sending her handbag into us. We offer this repair as a courtesy. Longchamp does not have a warranty policy. It was repaired well, and according to standard procedure. This was explained to *** *** by myself during our phone conversation. Our repair customer service person tried to send her handbag back to *** ***, but she refused to give us her address.The entire process was handled according to standard procedures. I am rejecting this response because:
The manager did not fully understood my concern or did not read my entire statementI have stated in my previous submission that I did receive a warning indicating that the bag would be smaller after the repair, however there was not a warning about the alignment of the bagThe repair was not done right, the alignment was off/crookedTherefore I had asked Siobhan to not bother sending the bag back to me as it’s unusable. Again, the manager did not offer any resolution or addressed my concernsI’m very disappointed such a well branded and luxurious company would offer such a ridiculous repair service and the management team does not even admit the wrongful service
