On Nov 2nd John gave me a quote to install granite in my kitchenHe quoted me $without the back splashI also wanted granite in the back of the sinkHe insisted that a back splash was better there or that it is no longer used there I also asked him for a border on the granite and he showed me different designsWhen I told him which one I wanted he told me people don't use that anymoreToday is Dec and my kitchen is not finishedHe was going to do the back splash for another $After the experience with the granite I did not want to do any more business with himWhen the person I hired to do the back splash said to me that granite should have been installed on the back of the sink and in another space next to the refrigeratorI called him and asked him for the 3rd time to please find me the granite that I have been asking forHe said that he was going to do another house and was going to buy the same granite to install the granite missingAfter a week I called him again and received no answerI also texted him again no answerWhen I texted him I told him that I did not know how irresponsible he wasMy kitchen was not done for Thanksgiving and it looks like it is not going to be ready for Christmas eitherHe is not reliable nor trustworthyThe job was very sloppy, done in a hurry and the dishwasher is not secured to the graniteWhen I complained he said that he was going to secure itHe just wanted the money, and did not care the outcome of the jobI feel that he charged way too much for what he did
