Stone issues on the front of my home were reported on my year warranty checklist submitted on 1/10/These issues were identified by a home inspection
Since that time, stone has broken off the corner of my home near the garage doorContact (email) history about stone: 4/21/- Reported stone breaking to Sheri T*** (CSR Garis Homes), included pictureAt this time, no stone work had been preformed from the year warranty checklist submitted more than months prior4/21/- Sheri replied she would contact Scott (stone contractor) to fix the issue 7/28/- contacted Sheri to let her know nothing had been done and I had heard nothing about the issue 7/28/- Sheri replied that Scott did not respond and she would try him again 8/4/- contacted Sheri for an update 8/11/- Sheri replied that she received no response from Scott (stone contractor) and that Garis Homes was no longer using him for stone work 8/25/- contacted Sheri for an update because I saw someone looking at the stone on my home 8/26/- Sheri replied: "I'm not sure who you saw" and offered no other information 9/25/- contacted Sheri for an update 9/29/- Sheri replied that the stone will be fixed by the end of October Garis Homes' new stone contractor will do the repair and it is on his listIt will be done before it gets too cold11/2/- contacted Sheri to let her know the stone was not repaired 11/2/- Sheri replied that she will talk to the stone contractor 11/3/- Sheri replied that the stone contractor said the stone was repaired 11/3/- sent picture to Sheri proving that nothing had been repaired 11/10/- contacted Sheri for an update 11/10/- Sheri replied that she is waiting on an ETA from the stone contractor 12/31/- contacted Sheri for an update and have not received a reply from her as of 1/22/It has been more than months since I reported that stone was falling off my homeNothing has been done, and Sheri is not even responding at this pointGaris Homes needs to repair my stone.Desired Outcome: I would like our stone repaired.Translate
