I had a great experience and received great customer service. They have a great selection of inventory, and provide financing regardless of a low credit score. The General Manager is very professional and they answered all my questions.
Don't ever buy here. I bought two vehicles same day one the motor is going out (I have the paperwork from the Dodge dealership I took it too telling me to get rid of the car) after having less than a month and the other is having problems as well. I have had both vehicles way less than a year. They will NOT fix unless you add the cost on to your loan. I gave them an attemt to fix it now ive been having problems with both lemons since ive bought them. They have a chop shop as well they take the vehicles too. Also most of them are messed up on pills. Someone I know there told me that from their own mouth. I bought here because 7 years ago I bought a Chrysler 300 and it was perfect. I don't know what happened to this place. I should know not to trust a company who was RAIDED by the IRS. Look it up. Their vehicles are all lemons. If anyone has problems with their vehicles I have a friend that is a consumer attorney with a team that will take care of it. She told me they have ALOT of cases with this place. They will get you in that vehicle but will mess yiu over completely. Also if you decide to switch insurance companies make sure you get the declaration paper to them. I have the max full coverage on both vehicles and they said they did not receive they fax from my insurance agent which they did on November 9, 2016. My insurance company has documentation. They will reposess your vehicle just like another Lady said on there own website reviews. They will be seeing a couple of my lawyers. They say it is an "as is" company but I promise you something can be done. They just don't care they do this all the time and this is coming from a person from the within the company. The ladies in the office well not all of them are very rude. So there is no talking to them. Very difficult company. I've never done a review but this is had to. The bad reviews they have are very true, listen to them. I wish I just wouldn't have gave them a benefit of a doubt thay they would have done me the way they did. Even the mechanic felt sorry for us about the the vehicles. But he just has to do what the crooked Gibsons say. Their commercials are very enticing. They have family that works for them and don't even pay them enough and are dragged to the ground and talked down to. Especially one of their top salesmen. Just do your research please. This place needs to get shut down. Update I actually talked to a lawyer and a lawsuit is in place.
Im 47 yrs old n name is Kenneth T. and this is the worst dealership I have ever del with when comming toward the end of your payoff. I have been paying them for over 6 yrs and have had nothing but problems since I got it down to about 6 payments left. They go through 2 companies at the same place. John gibson and cannon finance. Went through a problem before and as soon as it was cleared up they waited about 2 months and started it again. I have confirmation numbers and it just doesn't wrk. Where it all started I had always made my bike payment about 15 days early and even got confirmation numbers. But apparently confirmation numbers don't mean a thing. It's supposed to mean payment is confirmed. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a dealership in my life. I would suggest to everyone never to buy anything through them because they have 2 companies in one. John gibson n cannon finance. Seems like it's a reason to hide tax fraud or just flat screw you. I know they had been caught for embezzlement before and are not Revdex.com acredited. My suggestion is DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I will be posting this on Facebook Twitter and any other public app I can find. Maybe even a letter to the editor. It even says at top not accredited with the Revdex.com so that should tell you enough.
