John Gilmore General Contractor

John does not pay his bills. He ordered some fliers from us which we produced and it has been over a year and he has yet to pay. When we call, he argues that he did not order them even though we have his emails and approvals on artwork, then he says he will come in and take care of it and he never does. Next step is referring him to the Revdex.com, state of PA and our collections agency.

Review: I paid $550 as an advance to JOHN GILMORE to order the new skylight for my roof on 6/7/2013. Once JOHN supposed to get the skylight he had to installed it on my roof as per the receipt. After taking advance JOHN GILMORE never showed up at my house or never replied properly to my calls/emails confirming the date of repair. I have tried to reach him multiple times through different sources (i.e. phone, emails ) but I never ever got a reply other than one email saying 'sorry [redacted]'.

I had to hire another contractor to do the same work and had to pay him seperately. So, ultimately for one repair work I had to pay twice.Desired Settlement: I want my money back that I paid to JOHN GILMORE as an advance ( $550) in full within few months.
