Very unreliable and did only half the job per the contract and put half money down. Do not pay anything until job is finished completely. He's a smooth talker. Revdex.com says he has had complaints but mail gets returned as if he is not in business. He is definitely still in business. He goes by *** also to confuse anyone finding his business. Not certified with the State of Colorado
JG is doing a tree job for us. After reading all of his reviews it explains his behavior of not showing on time and we are now concerned if he will even return to finish cutting down a large tree in our yard. we have paid him 1/2. Not recommended-
Even BEFORE reading the reviews, we realized we hired the wrong guy for our large tree removal. John has been late the past two days, damaged the neighbors clothesline with falling branches, and currently our yard is full of large branches, with only 1/2 of a very large tree cut down. He left all of his tools and ladder overnight plus his trailer is in our driveway full of branches. We do expect him to return since that would be a major loss for him. We have paid him only 1/2 the amount for tree removal but after reading the reviews, it scares me that he may not return and it will be an expensive job for to finish. If anyone who has previously been bilked by John would like to contact me to come over and confront him, my info is listed.
I was in the backyard and this person waved to me to come to my front yard. He offered to remove a tree from my front yard that he said was diseased. I discussed with him about 2 other trees and a wasp nest. He said he would do all of them for $550. He showed me that he had purchase orders for other work in the neighborhood and said he was a legitimate business. On the purchase order he says the homeowner is not liable for any injuries and John is liable for damages. I paid a deposit of $140 cash. My husband spoke with this man by phone and John Gonzales said he currently didn't have insurance. He never showed up for the job and didn't return the money.
