John Gorman Custom Paving

Review: Sloppy work filling cracks before sealing. Seal coat came off areas surrounding the filled cracks. Called [redacted] Gorman to complain, he said he would come out in 5 days to 'touch-up' areas affected. Never came. Called twice more and Mr. Gorman never returned the call. Seal-coat is thin in areas and runny in other areas, as well.Desired Settlement: Return and scrub off excess sand fill, reseal exposed areas.

Thank you for contacting me. After contacting Channel 9 Call for Action, Mr. [redacted] Gorman did contact me and sent a crew out to re-coat the entire driveway. Although I had only asked him to brush off the excess crack filler exposing un-treated driveway, he chose to do it his way and have his men put more crack filler on and re-coat the entire drive. Yes, I still have a few un-coated areas, but he did finally make an effort. Sweeping up the excess the first time would have taken no more than 5 extra minutes, and it would have made the drive look so much better and have avoided all of this unpleasantness.
