I called the business using the phone number listed on the invoice and a representative answered and was very uncooperative when I requested a W- form due to our business using their towing services in for our *** locationHe repeatedly said no he couldn't do that and that he didn't know what I was talking about and when I asked to speak with someone in accounting he said no that there was no one I could speak withHe said to call back after 5pm and hung up on meHe was speaking very rude, unprofessional, and uncooperativeI would just like the tax form for reporting purposes
