I had discussed with Mr.John Hauser remodeling my home for 3 years, and he was to be a partner claiming to have the money to pay for the improvments and I would use my, paid for home as my portion of the partnership. He misled me in the value of my property! Where he lied about the value and he showed the home while I was not home! He found a buyer who paid 80,000 more than he told me my home was worth! John Hauser lied to me over and over again and conned me into selling my home! He promised me he was not making any money on my home other than getting to do remodeling work for the buyers.
He made many kinds of threats of legal lawsuits, and promised everything as far as where I could live store my things, even help in moving expenses!
John Hauser used Me as a friend and a neighbor to scam me into selling my home for a supper low amount which he had already found a buyer who paid him 80,000 more than what I got and he told me it was worth! John Hauser did not invest a dime or do any work other than lie and cheat me out of my home! John Hauser simply presold my home for 80,000 more than I got. He never owned it the check came from the buyers, who he threatend me by saying that they were going to sue him and I if I did not sell!
I made many stupid mistakes dealing with John Hauser! Hopefully others can avoid this kind of expeirence! Maybe there is some kind of recourse for all the money he scammed me out of!
The buyers ( Bulldog capital) of my home are also upset because of being misled lied to and conned! Bulldog capital has been very good to me understanding and helpful so far even though it appears John Hauser lied and scammed them also!
