Review: Contractor did work on our condominium required by our house insurance company before the winter snows came last winter. As I repeatedly informed contractor almost two dozen of the ice buildup protectors contractor installed on our roof have fallen off. I have called and have spoken to contractor numerous times. Contractor has stated his intent to obtain a better adhesive and even stated his son would come out and check the job.
Well nothing has happened here.
The contractor has been telephoned, emailed (but failure to deliver to the contractor posted address, and letter sent to the contractor address.Desired Settlement: Contractor to obtain an adhesive which will be more permanent and install missing snow and ice buildup protectors. The present installation of snow and ice buildup protectors fell off the roof after approximately six months.

This job was done over a year ago. the woman who I spoke with originally was told that this was not guaranteed on a slate roof. I'm sorry but I will not be going back to this job.
