I bought my car at john heister in fayetteville lillingtong nc and its a [redacted] brand new the car broke on me 6 times I need helpIm paying 525 a month they dont want to help me they should do a collateral tranfered I call the lemon law I lady name [redacted] open a case but all they do is keeping repair the car with out goong no were its been six time they told me to hire a lawyer the mngr name [redacted] keep ignoring me so is the chrysler company.I only pay the car just four months and its keep braking transmission trouble always the same I need your help its brand new only 7000 miles [redacted] Desired SettlementThey need to put the car as a lemon law I have a case number wich they keep open and closing every time that car is no good they font want to help they dont want to help me im about to get a lawyer it is crazyBusiness Response We will do everything we can to assist [redacted]. We have had to fix her car under the Chrysler warranty several times. Last time we had her car in for repairs we had our mechanic drive it with her support for a week to make sure it was fixed. She has stated to us a couple times she would like to place this under lemon law and get a new car. This has to be done on the manufacturer level. She has to get this approved through Chrysler and not the dealership level. Please let us know how we can be of any further assistance. Consumer Response After fixing my car multiple times I am still having issues. It has been effecting my income. Final Business Response The customer has had several issues including transmission issues. She does have a reasonable complaint. We have given the customer a vehicle ever time to try to limit their inconveniences. We have tried to assist the customer in what she is trying to do. The lemon law she is pertaining to, is from the Manufacturer and not the dealership. If it would help, we would be happy to talk to the Chrysler representative she has been talking with. Unfortunately, it is up to call a car a lemon, we can not make the claim for the manufacturer.
