Had a title loan out with Approved Cash and paid it off on April 12, I received my paid in full receipt along with the title at the time payment was madeHowever, on September 19, this company had my vehicle repossessedUpon finding out several calls from me and my sister were made to the company It took over an hour for management to return the phone call to the store to let us know what was going onAt that time the store associate called my sister with the towing company's information At this point I should not have to call the towing company about anything because Approved Cash executed the orderI spoke to the owner of the Towing company and was informed that a previous order for repossession back in March had never been cleared and so they were still pursuing repossession After speaking with the towing company I then receive a call from the manager of Approved Cash saying the system never updated that may account was paid offThis excuse is tot
