John Incredible Pizza

Review: they advertise that the price admission is $10.98 for adults and $4.98 for kids thats including food and drinks after I got home I looked at my reciept and it said they charge me $12.98 and for kids $6.98 and I had to buy a fun card for the rides and games that was $14.98 well we got there there was a line out the door we had to stand in line for about 2 hours people were pushing us one person even grabed my daughters butt we had pizza first we had to wait for pizza it tasted like a bandaid the mashed potatoes and gravy was good there was no chicken the brocolli was real hard they no spagettii the desterts were bad too, some kid left handle on the ic cream was a mess and then no rides were working except the bumper cars and they my granddaghter was to small,she is 4 years old and there was littler kids then her getting on the bumpper cars after we waited in the line, half of the games didnt work a couple of them took are credits and then give no game I couldnt find any body to tell them about it, the floor was a mess ,there was ice cream cones smashed on the floor and paper and food ,the bathroom was worse there was tolit paper more on the floor then what there was to use not enough tolitsDesired Settlement: I really thought that place was gonna be better then that they over charged the service was really bad the was food was bad or they ran out the rides didnt work the games didnt work I really regret yaking my granddaughter there to see the mess and to tell her that the rides didnt work and the games she was really upset she didnt even want to use the bathroom I would like to be refunded

Review: I purchased the kickoff package online for my 6 year old daughters birthday. We used the package on December 1st. When we arrived, we picked a table and began making our plates of food before playing the games and rides. We immediately noticed that a lot of the food was old and burnt. The pizza was soggy, the noodles were cold and tough, the chicken wings were completely burnt, and the sodas were flat. About the only thing that seemed fresh was the salad bar. We ate what we could and went ahead and made our way to the game side. Because it was Cyber Monday, there was only two other families that were there at the restaurant, so they were not busy what-so-ever. We took our preloaded game cards and started trying to play the games. We noticed that almost half of the games on the floor were not working properly, as they would not read the game cards. We decided to make our way to the rides. There were 2 staff members on the game floor, but neither were tending any of the rides. We pushed the call button and approx. 10 minutes would pass before they would come up and let them ride. This experience proceeded to continue for the next hour or so. Because we couldn't use half of the games, and it took so long for the kids to ride the rides, we became very frustrated and spoke to the manager. She understood our concerns and offered a refund, but she couldn't refund us because we purchased online. We were told to call corporate and ask for a refund. I am on the 3rd week of contacting corporate and we have still to receive a call back. I have spoken to 3 different people there and they said they were looking into it, still no response back. Seeing as this is the corporate office, we cannot think of any other management higher than that to file a complaint and ask for a refund, so we have decided to take our complaint to the Revdex.com. It is really disturbing that we are not getting a response back from anyone from the corporate office!Desired Settlement: My daughters birthday was ruined and we had to explain to her why it did not go well, which is tough as a parent! I would like a full refund as promised by the management at the store! We didn't even use all of the tokens on the pre-loaded cards and I would be more than happy to return those cards to the company!
