Review: This company put a brand new roof on my house and did a very good job. They guaranteed the roof for an extended period. I am not sure if it is lifetime or ten years but it is definitely within the warranty period.

I had a major leak in one of the rooms and I called and left three messages for them and never got s return call.

I had no choice but to hire a contractor to fix the leak. After spending $500 on that I had the room redone with a new floor and painted it.

The other day a leak occurred again and ruined the floor and paint job. I called and left twp messages for them once again and have not received a call back.

They clearly are avoiding the call and do not want to honor the warranty.Desired Settlement: Though I should by all rights go after them for the $500 at this point I just want it fixed and ensure that I will not have a leak anymore. I had another roof company give me a free estimate and they claimed that they patched it improperly as it is a flat roof. I want it fixed the right way at no cost to me.

If they refuse, then I will be taking them to court.
