I have looked into this issue The customer lives in Canada, so there are custom fees that are added They could have sent the camera to Fujifilm in Canada and they would not have incurred these charges.Also, when a customer calls to make a payment, we always give them the full price
including shipping In this case it would have been very important since they were from outside the USA.If the customer would like to send the camera back for a full credit, they can. Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThey did not disclose the full price they applied to my card which I take issue with, I was quote $40 to complete the transaction.  I was not quoted $70 nor was I advised regarding $30 on my call to Fuji.  I originally sent my warranty inquiry in online and was directed to this location from that inquiry, it was not indicated an option to resolve in Canada which I likely would have elected to do.  It's bad business to not disclose things to customers so I feel resolving the undisclosed fee is still a reasonable resolution.

The customer was not directed to send the camera to the USA.  They printed the repair form from the Fujifilm USA site([redacted]).  They should have gone to the Fujifilm Canada site([redacted])   It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are sending their product to the correct location, especially if it is out of the country. An email was also sent to the customer with a link to check on their repair.  This link shows the full charge as well. As a courtesy, I will credit them $10.00 to their card, but that is our final response to this matter.
