I found a apartment for my brother who was released from prisonI spoke with MrJohn L*** *** about his property at *** *** *** *** *** *** I have sent MrJohn L*** *** a check for $in 2/**/for this rental propertyHe was to return the deposit to me if I did not get approval for this space from the parole boardI informed him on the first week of March that the space was not approved and would like the return of the deposit as per our agreement, he should return my deposit as my brother never occupied the spaceHe has elected to keep my money for a space I never occupied and my depositI have delt with him in a honest manner but he has not been for wright in his dealings If I had used the space for a month I would still be entitled to the deposit for the space when I leftHe has been dishonest in his dealings with me and I find that I now have to take him to small claim courtThis type of practice is unprofessional and dishonest for a realtor

Review: On or about 8-**-15 I answered an Ad and subsequently entered into a contract to purchase a piece of property with home and contents. Real Estate Ad said, "Furniture included", contract/binder said "Buying as is including All Furnishings", Property condition disclosure statement made out by seller and signed by both seller and buyer states, "Home is being sold with contents/furniture. On or about 9-**-15 I went to the piece of property to take measurements for my insurance agent only to find the listing real estate agent from John J Lease Realtors, Doris O[redacted] at the property removing furniture from the residence and putting it in her personal vehicle. First Ms O[redacted] said the owner wanted the furniture, then she changed her story and said that she had purchased it from the owner, the last story I was given by Ms O[redacted] was that she was the property manager and that she could do whatever she wanted to do and take whatever she wanted to take as none of it was mine because we had not gone to closing yet. I find Ms O[redacted] to be quite unethical, unprofessional, and dishonest.Desired Settlement: I request the replacement value of all items stolen by Ms [redacted]. (I will not have a complete list until final walk through before closing)
