No I do not accept thisAs I stated in my original complaint, this is about customer satisfaction and loyaltyThere are other mattress stores in the vicinity of this locationI chose Lynn's based on previous mattress purchases from the Valparaiso locationYes I read the signs but my previous experience with Lynn's was goodIt seems MrLynn is more concerned about his bottom line than the customer's satisfactionMaybe that is why his Portage store is going out of businessMrLynn's response shows to me obstinance and spiteThey have plenty of inventory between their stores in all locations
I intend to pursue all avenues to void this contractAn even exchange is not unreasonable if MrLynn were the least bit concerned about the health and happiness of his customers
Perhaps the salesperson should not have deemed himself a medical professional in advising this type of bed to a person with a back injury

backorder shortly after the purchase was made and notified the customer. Unfortunately it has taken even longer than expected. Imported products take a long time once they are out of stock and that dock strike caused further delays. We have been given another due date which is about 2 weeks out from here. If it does not show up this time we will refund the customer.
