Mr [redacted] called our office and set an appointment to snake wash machine and toilet on 8-26-2016. We set the appointment between 12:00 and 12:30. We charge 1 way driving to a job and 110.00 per man. He never mention it was a main line blockage. He did mention that we worked for him in 1998.[redacted] and...

[redacted] arrived at 12.30. [redacted] assed the problem, and attempted to clear the blockage though a clean out in side of the property. After several attempts we could not reach problem with 75' of snake. We carry a 3/8" Snake, and a %" drill snake that is used for most all blockages.Mr [redacted] had said he had a main line blockage we would have already rented a snake from home epot. [redacted] then advised Mr [redacted] that they will have to rent a larger snake at home depot. Mr [redacted] agreed at this time. [redacted] did not quote an exact amount of rental fee. He said he thought it was about 60.00. After werented and cleared the the blockage. Mr [redacted] also said his tub drain was also slow. [redacted] then removed his tub overflow and Snaked his tub drain with our W." Snake. After clearing main line, Snaking tub drain and cleaning up and writing up invoice it was 2:30. We return rental equipment. Total time spent 12:00 to 3:00 we charged him 2.5 hours only. At this time Mr [redacted] was happy his problems were resolved. [redacted] talked to him about camera options and installing a main line clean out in front of house for future. They also spoke about repiping his gu: because he wanted to do a remodel in the future. [redacted] gave him his invoice for our time and rental.Note: We only charged him for 1 man and rental fee of 75.00. When Mr [redacted] called [redacted]. Mr [redacted] was immediately agitated. He was upset he did not have an a return call immediately. [redacted] tried to talk with him. Mr [redacted] was adamant he was over charged because after he had received service. He said he had someone to clear his drain for 79.00 dollars. We were up front with Mr [redacted], we did not charge him for 2 men, or any additional fee for tub drain.
