Review: I have had my van to this location for 2 prior radiator replacments, within the last 3 years. I just needed to put a third in the van this past weekend. When I called [redacted] service I was told I would need to bring the van in and have them look at it, and it would cost me $130.00 and the it was no longer under any type of warranty so I would I have pay again to have it replaced. At this point I said I have no faith in the work the do and the parts used that I needed to have this done at a place I knew would stand behind the work and parts, the service manager she she agreed with me and understood where I was coming from. I also asked if I would be able to get any type of help from Dodge and she said they would problem do somthing I just needed to contact them. I did call Dodge customer service today, who basically said that after calling [redacted] found out they did use after market parts, not dodge parts and no warranty would apply and now since I did have it replaced at a shop they will not cover anything for me. I don't understand how a dealership can use after market parts and only give a short warranty on them, and yet charge me for the repairs. I really think they need to step up and help out with the repair bill on this van, how can a van go through 3 radiators in less then 4 years.... Thats unheard of.... I have not faith in the repairs done at this shop, not to mention I think they did alot of work on the van before they know what was leaking, replacing many parts that I now think didnt need to replaced. This shop is not standing behind its work and is ready to charge you $130.00 for them to check it out...UGHDesired Settlement: I feel they should help pay for the repairs I needed to have done at a shop that now has done the job and warranty the work and part for life. They need to step up and help me out, I spent over $2000.00 in repairs at this dealership and not even sure they all were needed.
