I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.I would point out that, had the business shared that information with me to begin with, and had they returned calls as promised, this complaint would not have been necessaryI find it interesting that there will be a 2-week time frame for completion when I was told it was ready for pick up last Friday You will understand that I don't have much trust at this pointI accept the response but would like to know if this complaint remains open until the job is actually completed, or will I have to refile a complaint if it is not Regards, [redacted]

We very much do apologize for the delay of receiving your screen Your screen is not under warrantyThe service tech did , however, take the screen from your home, and wrongly assume that it was a warranty claim Given this, and the delay, we will be repairing your screen free of
charge The existing rolled aluminum screen rail is no longer in production The existing aluminum screen mesh is also no longer in production Your screen has been sent off to a specialty screen repair shop to correct a slight bend in the rolled aluminum screen rail frame, and install an aluminum screen mesh that matches as close as possibleThis screen mesh was also special order We anticipate your screen being ready within 2-weeks
