Review: John Kim Muchesko did the St. Andrew's first communion pictures on 5/5/13. I have been trying to contact him for several weeks regarding the status of the pictures. I left several messages for him to return my calls. I finally left a message stating I was going to contact the Revdex.com if I did not hear from him and about 2 days later he finally returned my call. He stated he had emergency back surgery but was going to deliver the pictures to the church on 6/30/13. I went to the church to pick up the pictures and they were not there and the priest did not know anything about that. I have called again several times and left messages to call back and AGAIN have not received a call back. It has been over 2 months and he has not fulfilled the order. I understand things come up but I think the parents need to be informed of when they will receive their pictures. I have contacted the school and other parents and no one knows anything.Desired Settlement: I want my son's pictures ASAP

Review: My wife and I have been married nearly two years this August. In 2011, we hired John Kim Muchesko (JKM) Photography to photograph our wedding. We purchased a package that included wedding day photography, a spiral bound proof book of all the photos, cd's of all photos, the copyrights of all photos, numerous sized of individual photos and custom bound photo albums that were to be created by JKM from photos we select and provide to them. Please note that anything that was required by JKM to fulfill their portion of the agreement was fulfilled 100% by us. We were required to pay for the product and services in full prior to JKM providing any of the physical items. After dozens of phones calls, voicemails, emails and several opportunities to fulfill the agreement, JKM has yet to do so. In and effort to just part ways and put and end to this catastrophe, I asked for a portion of our money back but JKM never responded.If necessary we can provide the following:- cancelled checks indicating payment in full- detailed email correspondence, or record of correspondence attempts- copy of photo package from JKM- other miscellaneous requirements upon requestDesired Settlement: We are requesting money back. Our records show that we paid over $1900 with tax for the a product and service that was not fulfilled. To date, the services we received from you included the wedding day photography, proof book and cd's of the image files . The remaining items of the contract have not been fulfilled. Based on these factors, we are requesting $1400 be returned to us.
