one answered the doorOur GAF, IKO and *** certified roofing specialists noticed that the damage was in jeopardy of causing leakage which could possibly do more damageThe roof is old and the shingles had been discontinued by the manufacturerOur team found the closest shingle match they couldHalf way through the repair, the homeowner came out and asked for the cost, we told him how much, and he asked if we could remove the cable T.Vlines off the roof as well for that priceWe then obligedWhen the office called for payment the homeowner refused and asked to speak to MrKrauseMrKrause repeatedly asked the homeowner what would make him happyAfter several attempts and not getting an answer, John Krause informed the homeowner the repair was freeWe always strive to help our customers as best we can and do what's right for themWe are very sorry *** *** is not satified, That is not at all how we do business, but we did what we believed was right to alleviate more possible damageThank you John Krause Construction

I entered into a contract with John Krause Construction and Mr. Krause himself bid the job. I accepted the price $2700.00 and sent the 1/3 deposit check and the company cashed the check on March 30th, 2016. Then yesterday April 13, 2016 I received a call from an employee saying the price had changed to 8500.00 and Mr. Krause said I added items which is a lie. Do not trust or do business with this company. The job is a Lead Certification issue and this is a perfect example of company using their certification to take advantage of people. THe employee even stated that they are the other contractor close to Lusby that does this work. Untrue I now have someone else.
