I received a letter with a 'final notice? in regards to a past due bill, claiming that they have been trying to contact me for over three months which if we check my email, mobile phone or regular mail you can see that that is an absolute lie. About 4 months ago they were calling to my boyfriend's phone trying to reach me to which I returned the call on my personal phone and ask them to one fix my contact information and two ask them so send them the actual bill on the mail since a phone call isn't trustworthy from my personal point of view. They agreed to the bill on the mail but it was never received and they only sent an email. On March 5th I got this letter with the 'final notice? so clearly they do send mail just not what I asked

No settlement requested - for I payed the bill but I believe it's important that the business is contacted so that they have better communication with their patients

Attached is a copy of the various dates and times we attempted to contact the patient. We find that text and email are the most successful but still us phone calls, and mail as well. Collections action is finally used after length of time and number of attempts is considered. We feel that we were more than generous in attempts and actions in reaching out to Ms.. If you have any suggestions please let us know.
