In response to thisEvery time you put a vehicle on an Alignment machine, you will get slightly different readings, as is proven by the different reading between ours and C&MI have no knowledge of whether C&M has had their equipment calibrated recently or not, ours isFurthermore, all alignment angles are within spec according to our readingsThere is not enough cross measurement readings to perpetrate a pullWe were not able to duplicate a pullBased on the readings it should actually cause this vehicle to drift slightly leftWe have no prior knowledge of accident damage as the Car Fax is cleanThere also did not appear to be any bent components and based on the our alignment readings, there is nothing to indicate that eitherWe have only done an alignment once, and are willing to the alignmentAll OEM’s have tolerances on their alignment specs, and this vehicle is within tolerance according to our readingsThe amount of negative Caster would have to be excessive, and it is notFurthermore, the so called expert has several deficiencies in his story. Powertrain coverage 5/100, however, wiring harnesses are not considered a PT component, only internal engine and transmission componentsAlso, physical damage is specifically excluded from ANY warranty coverageWe suggested he contact his Insurance carrier to see if this might be covered under his Comprehensive Insurance policyAs a valued customer, we also offered to discount the repairs if he is paying out of pocket

Hello, We have contacted the customer and requested that the vehicle in question be brought to us for an in depth inspection of their concerns. We will provide them a rental vehicle for the entire time the vehicle is in our possession. After thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, a determination will be made to repair the customers concerns or replace the vehicle. That determination cannot be made without a thorough inspection. I have spoken with the finance manager who the customer had spoken to. He agreed to repair the alignment and a dent in the door. He also was able to secure her better finance terms which would lower her payment. The alignment and dent repair are the best we can do. We want
each and every customer to have a great experience purchasing a vehicle, and we will always go above and beyond to make that happen. MsMacPherson needs to allow us to schedule an appointment to have her concerns taken care of. Unfortunately, returning the vehicle is not an option, as all DMV documents have been processed and loan docs have been sent to the lender

on 5/18/we replaced a hub assembly and a hub extension to correct a vibration felt in the front of the vehicle, we also replaced the right front tire as it was exhibiting erratic wear as a result of the out of round hub/extension. The ball joint and brake caliper work was done during the used car inspection that I mentioned in my prior responseAs is documented on the invoices we provided, this work was done in April at miles, several months prior to them purchasing it in NovemberIt has been well over a year since then and the vehicle has been driven several thousand miles since and currently has approx30,milesWhen lugnuts are left loose the vehicle will not make it this many miles before the wheel comes loose as described in the complaintUnfortunately for this to happen someone would have had to tamper with the lugnutsI would understand and accept this complaint if it were not for the length of time and miles since we had the wheels off at our location

I am rejecting this response because: A new vehicle should not have a constant vibration at highway speeds I have brought the vehicle into service several times and the vibration is still there I have hired an attorney and seeking a buyback from dodge

When a credit application is completed by a customer, then signed by the customer, that is authorization to proceed.  The application is given to a manager after being completed and signed by the customer and then credit is checked and the deal structure may be sent to several lenders searching...

for the best approval for the customer.  If we are notified that the customer does not want their credit ran, we will absolutely not run credit, or even send to lenders.  I'm not sure of the conversation you had with the sales associate, but it seems as if there was a mis-communication.  I sincerely apologize for anything done on our part that was not approved by you, and I can assure you that this won't happen again.  Feel free to contact me at the store if you have any questions. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoke with a sales rep name [redacted] who has sold me 2 cars from dealership gave me some excuses why my credit was ran.I explained over and over to sales guy [redacted] who told us if we did not fill out application he could not give us price on car.to not run my application or credit check.Do not accept business response sorry about miscommunication.And the fact they will not send letter to our credit agency which has left a negative mark on our credit report.

Tell us why here...My name is [redacted], I am the service manager at John L Sullivan Dodge. I first want to apologize for the poor service we have provided you. I was aware that you were bringing the vehicle in to have a shake in the front end looked at, and the door for the command center....

I have spoken with your service advisor, and I explained to him that our first priority should have been to get the vehicle diagnosed, not the paperwork. I understand that Saturdays are the only day you can bring the vehicle in to be looked at. When you do bring the vehicle back, I assure you we will get it looked as soon as possible and keep you up to speed with the repair actions. Again, I apologize for the poor service, I assure we will be doing a better job in the future.

How come when we came in on prior visits on check engine lights they did not advise of a chip. This is just an excuse or the dealer did somerhing to cover there butt. The last adviser did not advise us of any programmer nor did he review it with us. As usual they said sign here no charge and we updated the computer again. When the PCM was replaced and coolant light came on again after 6 hours how is PCM bad? They replaced the jug and coolant sensor again and it went away. This dealer is doing guess and check and has no knowlege of repairs. If the programmer was visible why did they not walk me out to the vechicle and show me? Is this a dealer scam? They are making this up. We know people in town with solid proof that have programmers and have warranty work done at this dealer and do not get their warranty voided. Would you like their phone numbers? If this dealership does not like indians in town and try to screw us in any crooked way we dont need to do business with them. We have many indian people that were harassed at this dealer. Yuba City CA is 50 percent indian.

I have numerous email communications with [redacted].  [redacted] also stated the steering wheel was fixed but it was not.  I asked her twice on the phone and she replied yes its fixed as her technician told her.  Apparently that was a lie and they claim to have done an oil change which I have no proof of.  They never put the oil change sticker on my window.  Third thing I got the smog done myself and I did not have to drive it 500 miles as they stated.  Lastly I have no idea why the truck shut off on me which is creepy and dangerous.  Heres the pics for what she said was done but wasnt.Are they (john l sullivan ) going to reimburse me for my time away from harvesting which I drove 5 hrs to come and pick me truck up when it wasnt ready??  [redacted] told me one time I could pick the truck up it will be parked outside and she was also going to call harmun.  Well I drove to yuba city from down south and when I got there a guy named [redacted] said the trucks in the shop he has no keys for shop.  Well [redacted] never bothered to call me back to tell me that I cant pick the truck up.  That was not cool.  Every time we went to dodge me or harmun they always gave us a run around and never took us seriously.  One time she said the truck is ready and they will pull it to the front and I was running late for work and she said it will be 5 minutes when it took over an hour.   The tech didnt have a fender cover or something on, and the people at the key desk told me the trucks parked outside and it was sumone else's truck.  Now imagine if I would have taken someone elses truck because they gave me keys for it??? Geez luiz

The customer has brought the vehicle in previously for concerns but a lug nut issue was never one of them. The customer did call our service department after having a battery replaced and said that three of the lug nuts have broken off and that we must have over tightened them; yet going over the history of the vehicle there has never been a time that we would have even had the tire's off the vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle is out of basic warranty due to time and after reviewing the history we don't see there being any assistance with lug nut replacement. Attached are the previous service history for the vehicle.

This is the first I have heard of this situation.  I will look into this further checking with all involved parties.  I will respond with my findings and hopefully a satisfactory resolution by the first of next week at the very latest.   [redacted]General Sales Manager[redacted]...
