I am rejecting this response because:They offered the money back the way that best works for them and not the way that I paid for the service. I paid cash and wanted the Money back as I had the receipts to prove it!

***I understand his concern on this matterHowever, as with all SUV's wind turbulence is a design characteristicThis is due to a larger profile, larger mirrors, roof racks and increased wind dragThe vehicle is operating as designed & the wind noise is consistent with other shortagesUnfortunately, we are unable to change the design of his SportageRoseville *** is willing to assist Mr*** on trading in his Sportage and acquiring another vehicle

With respect to *** ***'s complaint, we have resolved itThe customer was refunded the full amount he paid for the Maintenance plan after he voiced his concerns with me.All other concerns addressed in this complaint were resolved.Please close this complaint.If you need additional
